How long will my new video take to complete after purchase?
Depending on the complexity of the video, we take between 2 days to a week to complete your video. Custom videos can take longer depending on your requirements.
Can you add voiceovers and music to videos?
Yes, we can include voiceovers with a range of voices, languages and options. We are able to offer voiceovers in over 100 languages. Your videos can also incorporate professional music to match the theme and mood.
What if I have specific needs that I don’t see mentioned on your video plans?
If you have any additional or advanced requirements, just let us know and we’ll provide you with a free quote.
Where can I use my video?
You have rights to use your video on all online platforms. The only media you do not have rights to show your video is on Television. This is due to the way video and audio rights are purchased. If you require a TV advert please contact us separately.
Are there extra or recurring charges for video and audio rights?
No, unlike a lot of video agencies our costs include lifetime audio and video rights. We have partnerships with leading video clip providers so you never have to pay anything beyond your one time video cost.
Can my videos include presenters?
Yes, we offer videos with a variety of digital presenters. See our portfolio for examples.
Who will be creating my video?
Your video will be carefully created by an experienced designer with at least 10 years of experience. Our clients are almost always delighted with the final video they receive.
What do I need to provide you to get started?
We make life as easy for you as possible once you come aboard as a client. We will walk you through the simple steps needed from your end which includes a simple brief, the copy you’d like on your video and a logo.
